Rawalpindi (RNN TV) – Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu, visited the residence of martyred Squadron Leader Usman Yusuf in Rawalpindi to offer condolences to the grieving family.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Air Chief expressed heartfelt sympathies and offered prayers for the elevation of the martyr’s rank in the hereafter.

Squadron Leader Usman Yusuf embraced martyrdom while displaying exceptional dedication to duty during an enemy attack on an operational air base of the Pakistan Air Force. His bravery stands as a shining example of sacrifice and patriotism, ISPR stated.

Later, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Baber Sidhu also visited the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Rawalpindi, where he inquired about the well-being of wounded military personnel and civilians. He was briefed on the medical care being provided to the injured.

The Air Chief reaffirmed the unwavering commitment of the Pakistan Air Force to defend the nation’s airspace at all costs and vowed to confront any challenge with courage and resilience.
