LAHORE (RNN TV) — Chief of Army Staff General Syed Asim Munir has stated that anyone promoting rebellion within Pakistan’s security institutions is an enemy of the nation.

Speaking at the Overseas Pakistanis Convention, the Army Chief highlighted the importance of teaching the younger generation about the Two-Nation Theory and Pakistan’s history. “You are not just ambassadors of Pakistan, but the light that brightens the world,” he told the overseas community.

General Munir rejected the idea of brain drain, calling it a “brain gain,” and urged overseas Pakistanis to proudly represent Pakistan with dignity around the world.

He stressed that the strong and resilient people of Pakistan fully support their armed forces, and no external force can harm the country. “The Pakistani nation holds its martyrs in the highest regard,” he added.

Regarding the fight against terrorism, General Munir declared, “A few terrorists cannot stop Pakistan from moving forward. Even ten generations of terrorists cannot harm Balochistan or Pakistan. Balochistan is the crown jewel and future of Pakistan.”

He also explained that a country where all institutions work according to the Constitution and law is called a “hard state,” symbolizing strength and stability.

On international issues, the COAS reaffirmed that Kashmir remains Pakistan’s “jugular vein.” He expressed solidarity with the Palestinians in Gaza, saying, “The hearts of all Pakistanis are with the Muslims of Gaza. We must remain hopeful and strong.”
