Lahore (RNN TV)  – A Lahore sessions court has cancelled the interim bail of Haseeb Sajjad Khan, the accused in a defamation case involving inappropriate remarks against television anchor Ayesha Jahanzeb.

The order was issued by Additional Sessions Judge Muhammad Suleman Ghumman, who rejected the bail plea following arguments presented by the complainant’s legal counsel.

The case was filed by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) after the accused allegedly used offensive and defamatory language against Ayesha Jahanzeb on his YouTube channel.

Advocate Zain Ali Qureshi appeared on behalf of the complainant, Ayesha Jahanzeb, arguing that the accused’s actions were damaging and fell under cybercrime and defamation laws.

The court, after reviewing the evidence and hearing both sides, ordered the cancellation of the accused’s interim bail, paving the way for possible arrest and further legal proceedings.
