ISLAMABAD (RNN TV) — Pakistan’s Olympic javelin champion Arshad Nadeem is leading the race for a medal at the Asian Athletics Championship following a standout performance in the men’s javelin final.

Nadeem threw an impressive 85.57 meters, putting him firmly in first place and within strong reach of the gold medal. Earlier in the competition, he had solid throws measuring 75.64m and 76.80m, gradually building momentum.

Close behind him are tough competitors like Sri Lanka’s Rumesh Tharanga Pathirage, who threw 82.28 meters, and China’s Hu Haoran with a throw of 80.93 meters. The competition remains intense as the athletes battle for the top honors in the final.
