
SINDH (RNN TV) — The Government of Sindh has launched the Pink EV Scooty Scheme, offering free electric scooters to women across the province. This initiative, led by the Transport and Mass Transit Department and implemented by the Sindh Mass Transit Authority, aims to improve mobility for female students and working women.
Who Can Apply?
To be eligible, applicants must:

Be a permanent resident of Sindh

Be a student or working woman
-
Hold a valid motorcycle or car driving license
-
Commit to keeping the scooter for at least 7 years (no resale or subletting)

Pass a road safety skill test if selected

Fill out the form and upload all required documents

Submit your application online

CNIC (front and back)

Domicile certificate

Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC)

Valid driving license (front and back)

Student ID or employee ID card
Applications will be selected through a transparent ballot, supervised by officials from Transport, Excise, and Finance departments, along with media representatives.
If shortlisted, candidates must pass a road safety test before receiving their scooter.
