Islamabad (RNN TV) – Federal Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Tariq Fazal Chaudhry on Saturday said that no country can function without the support of its establishment.
Speaking at an event in Islamabad, Chaudhry criticised what he called a growing trend of targeting the establishment for political gain.
“There’s a new trend of gaining popularity by criticising the establishment,” he said.
He highlighted the ongoing threat of terrorism, noting that Pakistan’s enemies are providing weapons and funding to militants. Chaudhry stressed that both the civilian government and military institutions are united in their commitment to eliminate terrorism.
The minister also pointed to improvements across various sectors, attributing them to the government’s recent initiatives. He reaffirmed his resolve to guide the country toward progress and prosperity.
