Islamabad (RNN TV) — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif extended heartfelt congratulations to the Lahore Qalandars team, management, and players on their triumphant win in the final of the 10th edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
In a statement, the Prime Minister praised Lahore Qalandars for their impressive chase in a high-scoring and thrilling contest. He lauded both Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators for their outstanding performances in the final match.
Shahbaz Sharif remarked that all teams participating in PSL 10 displayed remarkable skills and provided fans with exceptional entertainment. He described the successful hosting of the event as a reflection of a bright future for sports in Pakistan.
The Prime Minister also extended special congratulations to Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Khan and the entire PCB administration for the smooth and spectacular organization of the league.
Further, he appreciated all players, especially the foreign athletes whose participation elevated the standard of the PSL and helped gain global recognition for the tournament.
Last night, Lahore Qalandars defeated Quetta Gladiators by 6 wickets in the PSL 10 final to claim the title for the third time in four years. Chasing a target of 202 runs set by Quetta Gladiators, Lahore Qalandars reached the target in the final over with four wickets down, securing a memorable victory.
