
KARACHI (Web Desk) — Gold prices in the domestic market surged to an all-time high on Tuesday, tracking gains in the international market.
According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of gold increased by Rs4,700, reaching Rs391,000 per tola. The rate for 10 grams rose by Rs4,030 to Rs335,219.
On Monday, the yellow metal had been priced at Rs386,300 per tola in the local market.
International bullion prices also strengthened, with the association reporting a rise of $49 to $3,692 per ounce, including a $20 premium.
