President Affirms Nation and Armed Forces Prepared to Respond to Indian Aggression

ISLAMABAD (RNN TV) – President Asif Ali Zardari on Tuesday stated that India’s unprovoked aggression has further strengthened national unity, affirming that the people of Pakistan and its armed forces are fully prepared to respond to any hostility.

In a statement, the president paid tribute to the martyred personnel of the Pakistan Army and Air Force, praising their sacrifices for the nation’s security. He lauded Operation Bunyanum Marsoos for crushing the enemy’s arrogance and reaffirmed that Pakistan will deliver a decisive response to any threat to its sovereignty.

He expressed grief over the loss of precious lives, including children and women, during the Indian attacks.

He also extended condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and prayed for their patience and strength, and swift recovery of the injured.
