LAHORE (RNN TV) — Rajab Butt, who is currently abroad following backlash over his controversial perfume “295” and past remarks, has once again addressed his ongoing issues with actor and TV host Fahad Mustafa.

Speaking on a recent podcast, the YouTuber revisited his earlier criticism and offered pointed advice to senior industry figures.

Targeting Fahad Mustafa’s perceived attitude, Rajab said, “A senior earns respect by being respectable. Show respect, and you’ll receive it. Even a ninth-grader wouldn’t stay silent if spoken to harshly. Seniors should behave like seniors — simple as that.”

Recalling wisdom from his grandfather, Rajab added, “The greatest joy for seniors should be to see their juniors succeed. Accept it — we’ve arrived.”

He also spoke out against the way digital content creators are often criticized, particularly by members of the television industry.

“Everyone’s sharing their personal lives online — but we’re called selfish for sharing stories of others? If TV dramas were enough, then why upload them to your YouTube channel with 60 million subscribers? When you do it, it’s a job. But when we do it, we’re crossing boundaries?”

Rajab noted that he once admired Fahad Mustafa, especially for hosting Jeeto Pakistan, but his respect diminished after comments the actor made about digital creators.

“I used to really like him for Jeeto Pakistan. I never watched his dramas — that’s not my thing. But after that statement, I lost respect.”

When asked if he had advice for Fahad Mustafa, Rajab responded: “When you see a junior, appreciate him. Don’t belittle him and lose your respect in his eyes.”

The exchange reflects a growing rift between traditional media figures and the rapidly rising class of digital creators in Pakistan, with Rajab Butt emerging as a strong voice for the new generation.
